My love of folk art began
early. Grandma Moses died at the age of 101years, when I was in my first
year of high school.
My art teacher, of whom I
was in awe, brought in some examples of Moses work and introduced me to a
wonderful world.
Grandma called it “Memory Painting” and that’s exactly my
feeling.
I hope my paintings instil feelings of a simpler, kinder
world and give you the same sense of peace that I experience
in the process of creating them.
The gallery is located at 69 Nashville Road, in the
beautiful, historic village of Kleinburg, Ontario. It is
open by appointment, or by chance. Featured are the “Memory
Paintings”, many of which are available in limited edition
Giclee on canvas. I paint in many styles and some of my
other work is also shown.
A preview of our collection can be seen in our on-line
“Gallery”.
